The room of restaurant can accomodate 50 forks and spoons.
You can benefit from the terrace, the garden, a panoramic sight on the neighbouring islands, from the green framework while tasting the "LOBSTER FRICASSE", the " CRAB STUFFED " or " BANANA FLAMBE".

 RECEIPT IDEA : LOBSTER FRICASSE   

INGREDIENTS: lobster of approximately 1 kg, cive country, parsley, thyme, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 onion, salt, pepper, pepper, ½ lemon-yellow, of the oil and 50g of red butter (roucou).
- Boil lobster, cross in parts, make turn russet all the ingredients in oil, add the pieces of lobsters.
- Let on soft fire approximately 10 minutes.
Small secrecy: add before serving ¼ of lemon, pepper,1 oil spoon and clove of garlic.
Serve with creole rice. .
